Many times that I engaged in combat against criminals having my shots hit was a weird task. Is there any delayed between when the gun fires and when the bullet hit, like muzzle velocity?

When you draw out any sort of weapon (taser, guns ect) there is a delay before you can start shooting (this is normal, wouldn't be realistic if you could shoot immediately). However when playing in different servers (US servers ect) there is a very noticeable delay when shooting/hitting a target and other aspects of the game (this could also be because of WIFI problems

Also bullets (in good condition) pretty much hit immediately from what I've experienced
