Cuz once the server shutdowns or everyone leaves, they can join again unbanned, u have to permanently ban them or ban them instead of temp ban

The hitreg from Roblox is not necessarily useful. Nothing Felix or Erwin can do something about. I suggest you aim for limbs (arms mainly, legs work too) as hitting them works better. And there's no damage multiplier for headshots either so.
