Private Servers have two roles: Owner (which only the person which bought the server has) & Moderator. You are unable to change any permissions for those roles.
Private Servers are a one time purchase with two packages available: admin cars & webhook logging.
We have our own command system, an ingame server list (& on our website) for public servers & data saves from public servers.
But we do not really have any big customisation options.
