It would be cool if you could add NPC security guards in some places like the bank (2 guards), the jewelry store (2 guards), and the nightclub (1 guard at the entrance). I feel like this would make those places more realistic and the NPC will have a MP5 as a main gun and the players will be enable to kill them. After they died and the players finish from robing they will respawn. Just for the bank it will be better that when the bank is really they will be the two guards with MP5 and after the 13 minutes it will be one guard with a MP5 and then after 16 minutes it will be one guard with a pistol and same thing with the jewelry.

Since the sniper rifle recently got a rework with a scope and an aiming delay, I think it would be a good opportunity to add another high-power sidearm: the Desert Eagle (Deagle).

Mit dem V.4.0 Update würde ich die aktuelle Stadt überarbeiten, da sie momentan kaum nach Hamburg aussieht und relativ leer wirkt. Ziel ist eine realistischere und lebendigere Stadt.

In diesem Update würde ich die Gebäude höher machen und um mehrere Etagen erweitern, damit es mehr wie eine Großstadt wirkt.
Außerdem sollten die Gebäude individueller gestaltet werden, damit nicht alles gleich aussieht.

Die aktuellen Straßen wirken relativ langweilig und passen nicht zum Hamburg-Vibe.
Ich würde Bäume zwischen Straßen und Fahrspuren platzieren.

Mit dem Update würde ich ein großes Rathaus mit Vorplatz hinzufügen. Dieses hätte Funktionen wie:

With the V.4.0 update, I would completely overhaul the current city, as it currently doesn’t look much like Hamburg and feels somewhat empty. The goal is to create a more realistic and lively city.

My suggestion was to add a crouch and prone mechanic to the game. I have some vehicle suggestions that I would like to see added to the game. These include the following models:

Additionally, many players drive in the wrong lane, and when collisions happen, the cars take too much damage and players lose their money very quickly. It would be great if this system could be balanced or improved.

I suggest making a criminal crew system, where robberies give more cash per person and the cut is balanced, but when an odd number of people are robbing, the person with the most loot or most crimes committed gets the biggest cut, and the rest is shared with the other crew members. This makes team robberies possible and gives everyone cash, instead of just the guy who opened the vault/cash register.

Players could work as real taxi drivers (not AI). There would be two ways to join:
Apply through the phone and work using your current personal car (like Uber).
Apply at a taxi office and receive an official taxi vehicle.
Passengers could request a taxi through a special in-game app. They should be able to choose ANY location on the map as their destination, not only fixed marked places.
When a request is made, drivers receive a notification on their phone with the option to accept or decline the ride. If accepted, they can start navigation to the passenger.
The system could also include:
A rating system for drivers (stars).
Payment based on distance or time.
This system would improve realism, roleplay, and give players a new way to earn money.

I've been playing for one year and a half and...I've noticed that many cops, not to say all, use stopsticks because they're just too strong. Even if your car is lvl 6 and needs 17 bullets to pucture ONE tyre, ONE and just ONE stopstick is enough to kill your tyre (which is actually ridiculously unfair). Many cops don't even know how to shoot well, therefore they just want to stopstick and wait for other cops. MY suggestion is "why not a spike strips for criminals as well?". We also need stopsticks or something that can destroy tyres in one shot (grenades and bombs don't).

More props for the building system to enhance roleplay and make it feel more realistic. Examples of this are yield signs, right of way signs, placeable speed cameras. Another suggestion regarding building system is that the owner of the private server should be able to choose which administrators can access building, recently there has been a lot of staff using this to make the server worse. Walls/floors that can be resized to your preferance.

There should be more admin vehicles which server admins can access. There should be realistic engine sounds that are different for each vehicle. A option to open your engine hood. Smoke comes out of your vehicle once it is really damaged. Visable vehicle damage. More tunning options.

Also robbable houses with a ton of loot such as tvs, sofa, tables which can be sold at the criminal base (That I suggested). and also like above once a house has been robbed it calls police to enroute there. But there should only be around 2-3 robbable houses due to police team not keeping up with all of the robberies.

I wanted to suggest an idea that could really improve the game: adding custom vehicle liveries/markings.
For example, being able to add realistic French units like:
SAMU, Gendarmerie, Motorized Brigade, RAID, GIGN, Police Nationale, BRI, BAC, etc.
It would allow players to create more realistic vehicles and adapt them to their RP, especially for those playing in a French style.
There are already plenty of real-life examples (images of actual vehicles), so it could easily be inspired by that.
It would really improve immersion, especially for emergency services and law enforcement.

Hey, I think it would be really cool if Emergency Hamburg had a uniform system, because all polizei, ADAC, and Feuerwehrmann have the same uniform
Uniforms could also change based on rank so higher roles stand out more.
Also, for private servers, maybe add a gamepass called “Custom Uniforms” for 259 Robux. This could let server owners create special uniforms for roles like mods, admins, border police, etc.
I feel like this would make private roleplays more unique while keeping everything clean and immersive 👍

You need to add more violations aswell like Damage Of Public Property, Damage of Private Property, Reckless Driving, Driving on The Wrong Lane, Trespassing, and many more. Aswell as some felonies and misdemeanors. Those should also have counts for them (total 3) for example "The Suspect Has Been Charged With 2x of Reckless Driving." They would only be charged these if they ACTUALLY committed those offenses those amount of times to prevent abuse of the feature. There should be drivers licenses and instead of a police app there should be an MDT like the example images shown.

I generally don't mind the update allowing civilians to carry weapons. The problem arises when they target officers and pull out weapons behind you while you're distracted.
How can this be fixed? When you draw a weapon, you have to hold it for 20 seconds. During this time, you can't shoot nor will you be wanted. This creates a buffer for police to notice the gun and get to cover, while still not leaving the player defenseless.
This cooldown will of course not exist when the player is already wanted

Wie lässt sich das beheben?
Wenn man eine Waffe zieht, muss man sie 20 Sekunden lang halten. Während dieser Zeit kann man weder schießen noch wird man gesucht. Dadurch entsteht ein Zeitraum, wo Polizisten in deckung gehen können und die Waffe bemerken können, ohne dass man sich nicht verteidigen kann.
Dieser "Timer" entfällt natürlich, wenn man bereits Sterne hat.

Pickup Truck Weapon System
This system would allow players to install a mounted system in the back of pickup trucks, introducing a new gameplay style focused on tactical operations and planned confrontations.
Criminal Side
Players with the Crime Boss + Advanced Customization gamepasses will be able to:
- Install the system at the mechanic for $500,000
- Purchase exclusive ammunition
- Automatically receive a high wanted level when spawning the upgraded pickup
- Be immediately tracked by a police helicopter
Balancing:
- High risk from the start
- Constant police pressure
- Requires strategic use
Police Side
Players with SEK or Undercover Police + Advanced Customization will be able to:

Add an Anti Cheat System where when At least 5 destroyable objects get flinged around you for atleast 5-10 seconds you get kicked and when this happens 3 times in a row in less then 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour you get a 1 day ban, cause these hackers are REALLY ANNOYING to deal with on RP servers cause i cant see them in the player list of the roblox menu and i also cant see them in the ban menu of the admin app.
