I, and many, many others would like if the old Stop Stick System will be re-added. The new system is impossible to use, and unbalanced. Right now, effectively popping tires of criminal vehicles is only possible via gunfire - not with stop sticks. You can't aim them properly, they get thrown too slow, and most criminals with fast vehicles might've just driven by you like 50 times before the stop sticks even land.

Please listen to us, the community, the majority of them want the old Stop Sticks back, it would be a pleasure to being able to use the old ones! The Update wouldn't receive this much hate if the issues with mainly the stop stick system would not have occured. Keep that in mind please.

Update Balance Suggestions

Flashbangs
Flashbangs feel out of place for regular traffic/patrol cops. I think they should only be available to SEK and maybe Crime Boss gamepasses. A traffic/patrol officer wouldn’t realistically have military grade weapons like that. Also, they shouldn’t affect innocent players, and the range could use a nerf.

GPS Trackers
These are too overpowered. Cops can slap them on any car, and there’s no real counter to this other than getting another car from the dealership (if you have more than 1) They should only be usable on wanted players, and the duration should be reduced from 8 minutes to around 4.5. Criminals should also have a way to disable them, maybe by buying a tool from the dealer. Cops should be limited to 1–2 trackers max. They seem like a TEK-only item, but the game’s already pretty pay-to-win, so maybe not.

Stopsticks
The new system feels over-nerfed and over-buffed at the same time. It’s harder to use during chases, but now cops can easily throw them on TOP of parked cars to pop tires unfairly without even getting anywhere near the wheels. The old system was too easy to spam, but this one isn’t balanced either. Maybe a middle ground—like placing them with a short animation or a single chain like in Jailbreak—would work better.

People that prefer the new System can use the new System, while long time players who can use the old system best, can use the old system.
Although the amount of sticks would need to be adjusted so the New System isn't unbalanced while the Old System isn't overpowered. Unless it's somehow possible to set how many Stop Sticks you can equip when using the desired System. Then the new System could keep 8, while the Old returns to 3, like how it used to be. (Systems can be switched anytime.)

I’d like to suggest keeping the current stop sticks in their current form — no major changes needed — but it would be great if the bugs could be fixed, especially the ones that make it hard to properly throw or deploy them.

They also can fit through pedestrian zones which very few vehicles are able to do. To fix this problem, either significantly drop the health of the e scooter or completely remove them, also removing them is viable because all platforms are able to type which means people could get rides from others very easily.

Here are a few suggestions:

• Add more car mechanics: opening and closing doors, hood, and trunk.
• Add more avatar animations: lying down, raising hands, sitting on the ground, etc. — perfect for roleplay.
• Make houses/buildings functional: being able to enter, store vehicles, or use garages like in GTA.
• Expand the map: mountains, beaches, deserts — great for future 4x4 vehicles.
• Add an airport and helicopters:
  • The hospital helipad could have a medical helicopter.
  • A water-drop helicopter for the fire station (using sea, rivers, or pools to fight wildfires) would be awesome.
