So I have been thinking about the game today, and one thing that I never seen to be suggested is that, as now, reward as a teamwork is non existent on almost all teams.

What do I mean by this? For example, imagine you, a firefighter, is taking down a fire with three other firefighters; Instead the reward is set for assistance, helping out take a fire, is mainly set on whoever took out the fire first, making the XP reward only focus on one person instead to whoever assisted in taking out that fire, forcing players, if they want to progress on fire department team without being rescue service or emergency doctor, to hope that there are less than 4 firefighters to progress as the XP reward is individual instead co-working.

Currently, by far, the only team that had some XP for "assistance" is Police, where if you stand near someone who is and ACTIVELY going to be detained, the XP reward for detainment depends how many stars the subject being detained has.

Seeing as some servers don’t have medics all the time, I’d like to propose the following:

1. If nobody is playing Rescue Service or Emergency Doctor, firefighters/fire commanders should be allowed to switch to a rescue service/emergency doctor shift with no cooldown. Either this, or a function at the fire station front desk that allows quick switches between firefighter/medic without any cooldown, as real life fire personnel are trained in both firefighting/first aid.

2. Firefighters in real life often carry first aid kits, so in-game, Firefighters and Fire Commanders should be able to carry at least the Bandage, preventing health loss of individuals having a medical emergency if a medic player is far away/not online.

The additional benefit is that a firefighter can stop a player’s health loss, rush back to the fire station, switch to medic if none are available, and then return to the scene to provide care.

Viele nutzen TAB im Fahrzeug, um z.B.:

Stop Sticks oder Equipment vorab bereitzuhalten

Waffen vorzubereiten für schnelle Einsätze

Inventar generell effizient zu managen

Mein Vorschlag:

Macht es einstellbar in den Settings („TAB im Fahrzeug öffnet: Handy / Inventar“)

Oder bringt eine Funktion, um zwischen Handy & Inventar zu toggeln (z. B. TAB = Letztes geöffnetes)

Damit würde man taktische Tiefe zurückbringen – ohne Mobile/Console-Spieler zu benachteiligen.

Hey devs,

The recent change where pressing TAB in a vehicle only opens the phone is actually a downgrade for many players – especially for police officers or anyone in active RP situations.

Previously, pressing TAB allowed us to quickly access the inventory to:

Pre-select Stop Sticks or other equipment

Get weapons ready while still in the vehicle

Manage gear fast during high-pressure situations

Now, it forces us into the phone only, which breaks a lot of tactical flows. For example, as police, I used to:

Prep Stop Sticks while driving

Jump out, fall, and instantly place them stealthily

Or hop out with weapons already selected

Suggestion:

Make it an option in settings: “TAB in vehicle opens: Phone / Inventory”

Or allow toggling between both with TAB (like remembering last opened view)

This would bring back tactical depth and keep the gameplay smooth for all users – while still supporting console/mobile players.
