There are frequent scenarios when an armed criminal is downed by a police officer, then a dozen officers all surround the criminal to try be the ones to arrest them, stealing the arrest from the officer who downed the criminal. Add an xp system which gives 10 or 20 xp (as an example) for downing a criminal, so the officer can still get some xp even if another officer steals the arrest.
I'm unsure if this is already a feature or not, but if an officer arrests a criminal, there are some cops who try and run over the arresting officer to knock them over and let the suspect go, for that officer to then arrest them and steal the arrest. Please disallow officers from being able to run over each other if it isn't already disabled.

Ein Reporter Job, wo man als einsätze jedes Feuer und jeden grossen Raub bekommt. Grosse Räube sind bsp. Bank, Juwelier, Container.
Man fährt mit seinem Reporter Bus dort hin, und film die szene. Die XP verdient man: Am Ort sind überall Punkte an den Wänden, Böden, die man mit der Kamera Amvisieren muss. Also fast dasselbe wie der Feuerwehr job. Für jedes einschnappen dieser Pünkte bekommt man 7XP

🇩🇪:Ich hätte einen Vorschlag für ein update speziell für die neuen privaten server, nämlich ist es mir selbst oft aufgefallen, das man in verschiedenen RP Situationen zum beispiel „nimmt Hände hoch“ oder „geht auf den boden“ schreiben muss anstatt spezielle emotes benutzen zu können. Deswegen wäre mein Vorschlag, dass ihr vielleicht einen button ,zum beispiel oben rechts am Bildschirm wo man verschiedene emotes auswählen kann, zum beispiel wie in ER:LC. Das würde nämlich meiner Meinung nach das RP sehr verbessern.

Basically I think adding btools would be a great feature.
Kinda useless. You buy a private server of 199 robux and have a useless server because you can just grind in small public servers, and you only got 10 useless admin commands. Die Polizei wird seid unzähligen Updates verschlechtert. Zuerst das man nicht mehr aus Autos tasern kann, danach wird cuffrush verkleinert 10x und und und. Jetzt auch noch die taser range. Was soll das? Dachte die Entwickler wollen das alles fair ist... wann wurden die Kriminellen zuletzt verschlechtert? Genau. Noch nie. Im Gegenteil, sie bekommen neue Autos, Waffen etc etc. Also macht mal was FÜR die Polizei

Feuerwehr und Rettungsdienst Update
Man sollte bei der Feuerwehr so machen, das man einen Schlauch vom Hydranten an das Fahrzeug anschließen muss um Wasser zu bekommen (Das Fahrzeug hat nur ein bestimmtes Limit an Wasser). Wenn man dann den Schlauch nimmt zum löschen muss dieser an ein Fahrzeug angeschlossen sein.
Für den Rettungsdienst eine eigene Wache, daher das es auf Privaten Servern immer zu komplikationen kommt was die Tore angeht, finde ich währe es ganz gut wenn man eine Rettungsdienst Wache machen würde. Oder wenn dann Die Feuerwehr noch weiter Ausbauen würde. Ja es gibt bei der Berufsfeuerwehr Rettungswägen (RTW), aber dann sollten diese vielleicht hinter der Wache sein beispielsweise oder eine eigene Wache bekommen.

Es währe sehr toll, wenn das HLF (Anfang Fahrzeug der Feuerwehr) mal ein Upgrade bekommen würde, sprich mit mehr Blaulichtern hinten, das man das Fahrzeug besser sieht. Bei der DLK endlich mal den Korb und die Leiter bewegen lassen, auch hier mehr Blaulicht. Das einzigste Fahrzeug was wirklich genug Blaulicht hat ist das e-HLF.

Let us change our rank that's displayed on the shoulders of Police Officers, and Firefighters for roleplay reasons.
You'd need to unlock the ranks with XP, like you are already doing now, but could use any rank below your current amount of XP.
This might be a very small feature, but would be a great small detail for servers that use official police ranks in their roleplays, or for people that want to revisit the life of a Passat-Cop, with a blue line.
This could be integrated to the menu, where you can toggle your hat 'n stuff, or to the lockers, and doesn't have to be saved either, if that's a concern.

- sometimes when I'm chasing the criminal and I block their path, what's weird I'm being pushed and criminal is driving normally as I was never in front of him. So I'm blocking the way and instead of stopping/slowing him down I'm getting pushed on the sidewalk while criminal is driving normally. I think physics does not work like that 🙏
- and also mentioned earlier stop sticks, they should be placeable everywhere, not only on a clear road. Or if you want to keep it, maybe add a new item: spikes. They will behave the same as stop sticks do, and they will be placeable only on a clear road. Then you are getting some xp for attempted arrest, but after like 3 situations like that, the next time prisoner leave you get 0xp. Please fix that. My suggestion to emergency humburg development team is, that I think their must be a new kind of update that must be different from all other updates which is 'vehicle update'. I think their must be following in that-
(1) Car number plate customisation -
Their must be option to add your name or any text in our car number plate.
(2) Car rim customisation-
The base rim is not having such good, looks so the player must have the option to change them or make other color.
(3)Car engine upgrade (optional)-
The car which has less speed and players do not have money to buy a new car, or he/she likes that car design but not speed so there is a must option to upgrade the engine.

Since i bought myself a Private Server now too, i wanna give my review on what a Private Server is missing (in my opinion)
1st. More Commands
A command such as "heal" would be insanely helpful for Owners, Moderators
2nd. Special Items
The Owner and Moderators should have access to special items, only available on Private Servers such as:

Cuffs, that let you cuff any person no matter if Police, Fire dep, Ambulance or Crime or anything else.
This might be helpful to keep People that do FRP in RP servers at one point without them constantly running away. (ive never been on a EH RP server so idk how the stuff is being handled there) -
Weapons with Unlimited Ammo (Gamepass weapons like Sniper still need their Gamepass bought)
Yea this might sound- and be a little bit Overpowered, but it might be useful in some cases.
3rd. More options to customize your Private Server
This includes:

Deactivate Vehicles so they cant be used (similar to ERLC)

Custom liveries and Police Uniforms (this is pretty much also an ERLC feature)

English : Police have many advantages ingame and usually make up a third to half the server. This makes robbing bank almost impossible without a good team which is rare. I am not saying elevate criminals to the same level as police and make it a 50-50 fight. However I believe that you should be able to buy body armor from the dealer rather than through a gamepass as a criminal. And make the body armor taser resistant. This will help balancing a lot. One could argue that this makes it so that police can't arrest people and gain bounty. This will not be the case as I propose a new way or arresting people: people should only be able to be arrested when they are downed by either a taser or by a gun. Make it so that police officers ddon't need a medic to arrive before they can arrest them. This makes things far easier with both sides while still letting police have the upper hand inherently as they should- just not as extreme of an advantage right now to the point where pulling off organized crime is impossible for 70 percent of players due to being tased.

Well, Teaming is a big issue in this game, i think devlopers add some script prevents Teaming between police-criminal. For Example : Some script can be added, if the police don't bring the arrested criminal to prison over and over again, he may can be punished automatically, like getting server ban for 1-2 hours, or getting banned for 1-2 from every server for Teaming, or can be added some Warning system, the moderators can check or give warnings to peoples. That probly will reduce the Teaming. Also, Exploting, if the user suspected for flying, or walking very fast, the user will be in watchlist, and when the moderator joins the game, he can watch him easily.

We need helicopters like ER:LC but German and Polizei, we need to make it easy for other officers to find the suspect car that's getting chased by one.

Electric Vehicle Add more electric cars, I don't think anyone would waste robux on electric cars especially on Police force or any departments when it's just one and it speed up to 190 when the free-robux car can go faster. We could add mercedes electric car (look up their websites), or cyber truck (whatever you can think of it to be used)
Translation, Consoles Features, and Communication. I do have non-english speaking family members, especially with German-born cousins who are under 10. I would like to introduce Emergency Hamburg to them but I don't want them to dislike it or hate it just otherwise they won't play it until years later only because people won't speak German in German-based game.
They also play on PS4 and frankly I tried EMH on my PS4 and it's not all playable and it lacks features like with control guide how to interact with vehicles, weapons/tools, etc. Since Consoles is hard to use to communicate or cannot communicate at all, I hope there's like chat system that allows Console users to easily communicate, think about war thunder's direct chat, that works.

And if you add the motorcycle to the quad game pass you could say: This is the free vehicle in the game pass and motorcycles have to be paid for extra with money (+ game pass) and you could increase the price from 249 Robux to 349 or 399 Robux for it . At least the quad wouldn't disappear from the game completely. It would also be nice if you had the opportunity to put on a motorcycle helmet.
