Wieso das und welchen Aufgabenbereich hätte der Manager? Es gibt bereits eine Rolle in der Gruppe namens “Manager”. Eine Discord-Rolle kann man zusätzlich auch erstellen, muss man aber nicht.
Der Manager kümmert sich um Beschwerden, Staff-Feedback, Staff-Meetings und Fehlverhalten von Moderatoren und klärt diese darüber auf.

- add a shield for all police maybe 2000 xp; protects 1 sniper shot, 13 g36 shots, 10 mp5, 5 glock shots then it automatically unequips and you can't equip it for 15 seconds.
- add more concertible vehicles
- lower private server's price to 100 robux at least (it's worth it now that the update will bring ERLC similar private servers so more server could be bought. i would say to lower it cause some people can't afford 200 robux and some will buy more than 1 server since it's permanent.)

As a frequent bus driver player, I’d like to suggest some improvements to elevate the bus driving experience to the next level for both drivers and citizens using the bus.
• Terminus: The map urgently needs a proper terminus where all buses can complete their loops and make turns easily, with a few designated stops. My idea is to convert the parking area in front of the jewelry store into the bus terminus, as all buses would need to reach this point and turn around for their next loop. This change would enhance the city’s realism and bring more interest to this area, which is currently underutilized. For example, robbers usually leave their cars directly in front of the jewelry store rather than parking them properly.
• Destination Sign: In connection with the proposed terminus, buses should have destination signs displayed at the front and back. These signs could show a random bus number with the final destination being the jewelry store (the terminus). Once the buses reach the terminus, they would display their respective final destinations for rural and city routes. Additionally, bus stops should display the bus number and final destination instead of the player’s name, adding more realism and enhancing the experience for the citizens of Hamburg.
• Improved Loop Roads and Bus Accessibility: Similar to the terminus suggestion, when you reach your final stop and need to turn around to restart your loop, the current location makes it difficult, especially for articulated buses. Often, you have to drive over grass to complete the turn. Adjusting the layout slightly to facilitate easier turns would greatly improve realism and the bus driving experience. Moreover, adding a dedicated garage for buses to repair and change colors would be a valuable enhancement.

- Add search bar in the private server app (ASAP). So people can search for pv server instead of scrolling down between many others.
- Add option to invite member to private server. (Many people cant share code always, so add option to allow invite only or friends aswell ASAP)
- There is no "new" commands as you said. its just enhanced version of mod commands (which i asked for, thank you) which is good but there can be many improvement. Use the Admin/Mod app to make the mod/admin commands and put the other ingame usefull commands in the command list. (Just add !hp all, already, what are you waiting for?)
Well this is all i got for the major issues. I am sure there are many more i can list. But for now. these are the most important ones i can think of. So the idea was to add a system where if a criminal is sitting in a cops car for more than 3 minutes they immediatly get an attempted arrest and the criminal gets arrested. We definitely need new car physics, it’s a main part of the game, it’s a crucial component in catching criminals and evade police. There’s a lot of stuff within car physics that doesn’t make sense like;
• Random Drifting
• Ice-like flat tires
• PIT maneuvers
There much more but, these are the main components that just ruin the fun of using a vehicle. Random drifting, it’s annoying, if you even turn slightly at a high speed it will spin out, please fix that. Ice-Like flat tires, the tires don’t act like tires when popped, they just slide around and your car actually runs smoother with no tires in contrast to having only three. PIT maneuvers, as a cop main, there’s absolutely no way to stop a car, the only way to stop them is to pray that they hit a pole going 185kmh. There’s more, I just can’t name it.

I feel as if the respawn system is kind of bad. It puts EMT's out of a job because it can take upwards to 30 seconds to maybe a minute for one to arrive, but most people are downed by cops so not too big of a deal as they can't respawn with cops nearby. But decreasing the taser deployment kinda sucks. Cop's cannot ram cars off the road, jump out of the car to play stop sticks, and if they lose a car for even a second and they get a little out of range they can leave the game and rejoin with no penalty. Even if they are armed with a weapon, they put it away for say 20 seconds and are now immune to damage aswell with a shorter taser deployment. I feel as if cops need more buffs because the game needs a balance between criminals AND cops, as without one of the two, the game will get boring and nobody will want to play as cops if they have a very unfair disadvantage, just my suggestion
