The earned xp would be as the same system as extinguishing fires (per fire 7XP), just in the street cleaning example 7XP per a specific amount of dirt, lawn or black ice.

Add Homes, where citizens and criminals can spawn when entering the game, which can be purchased online, homes in the city will be more expensive than homes on the left side of the map. This could range from £35k to £400k. You will be able to invite friends inside your house, and customize with items from the tool shop and maybe a furniture shop (which could be added in the future and criminals could rob). Homes will give you the ability to spawn any vehicle that you own, which will save you time from having to constantly go to the dealership to change cars. A possible upgrade to each home costing around £50k could include a custom ADAC in your home, so you could repaint and repair your car at your own house, rather than having to go to ADAC. Sleeping in your bed would heal you upto 100%, although it wouldn't be as fast as in the Hospital. Things to mention is that, criminals will not be able to lose their stars if they camp inside and will not be able to enter their house if police are nearby.
