I think you should be able to give people items. For example, you can give a diamond to another criminal by simply holding the diamond out, approaching the player and holding on the player to give the item. This feature should not able for the police team, but it would be cool if you able to confiscate illegal items from players. Side note: It's up to you if you even do this but I think the player has to accept the offer from the other to take.
