If someone is down or calls the emergency services, the screen should say "Help is on the way" so that players know this. Because most people leave the game after they are down, just like with the ADAC. If a car is broken or has no fuel left, the screen should say "Help is on the way", so the people maybe dont leave if that happens.

Dringender Vorschlag für die Kriminellen
Mir ist in letzter Zeit aufgefallen das die Kriminellen fast gar keine Chance mehr haben. Die Polizei macht Cuff Rush, schießt Auto kaputt, etc.. Deswegen muss sich fürs kommende Update was ändern. Ich finde Cuff Rush sollte sehr verschlechtert werden. Außerdem sollte die Polizei nicht mehr die Möglichkeit haben, Autos kaputt zu schießen. Sondern nur die Reifen. Die Polizei kann die reifen bei 50-60 Kmh kaputt schießen. Außerdem kann die Polizei Autos nicht zerschießen, wenn das eigene Fahrzeug steht.
Ich möchte besonders an die Entwickler appellieren, bitte macht das noch für das Update V3.4 und es ist egal wenn wir halt 1-2 Wochen länger auf das nächste Update warten müssen. Hauptsache es ändert sich was.
Neben Information: Ich habe nichts, aber auch gar nichts gegen die Polizei. Ich mag die Polizei! Also bitte ich das die Polizei nicht beleidigt wird. Aber ich finde halt die Polizei in Notruf Hamburg etwas zu stark.
Ich hoffe das diese Suggestion besonders die Entwickler sehen.

Make Emergency Hamburg more than a cop - criminal game... My suggestions are:
EMS
- EMS should have AI calls
- EMS should be able to actually transport downed players to the hospital in order for them to get revived
- If EMS arrives within a minute or two he should be able to revive the player without having to transport him to the hospital
Firefighters
- More type of fires (add some variety), for example... Vehicle fires, Container ship fires, Bank fires, Building fires that you'll have to go inside (that means houses and more should be accessible for all players from the inside), Huge fires that will need the cooperation of multiple firefighters (emergency events)
- More AI calls like: train crash, car crashes (AI or real players that you'll have to get the player out of the car in order for the ems to get them), etc.
- Make firefighter vehicles actually useful... Access to use of ladders, access to fire hose, access to water refill etc.
Truck drivers
- Make it so truck drivers refill vending machines, jewelry store, containers, store items (If there's no truck driver then the usual cool down applies. There is a cool down for truck drivers as well so they don't team with criminals and spam)
With all these additions I believe the game will take a huge step and will fix some main problems like:
- The game is to the point where it is just a cop - criminal game
- EMS and fire department gets very boring without many and realistic tasks. Most of the servers have no firefighters and few ems that all rush to get a downed player so they can get a few xp
- Things like train, houses, truck drivers that got recently added serve no purpose rather than looks. They can definitely become a part of the game
Making the game more interactive and adding variety should be the first priority in my opinion. With the suggestions I mentioned above firefighters and truck drivers get added to the whole Emergency Hamburg "Ecosystem" (more player interaction)

Natürlich sollte man nur Sachen auf der Matrix anzeigen können die für den Job Sinn machen, wie bei der Polizei STOP Polizei, was aber bei den anderen nicht funktioniert. Außerdem sollte es diese Sachen immer abwechselnd in Deutsch und Englisch anzeigen, also z.B. STOP POLIZEI --> STOP police --> STOP Polizei --> …, oder Bitte Folgen --> Please follow --> …. An- und Abschalten könnte man die Matrix-Anzeige vielleicht über das Handy, weil man dann nicht soviel Tasten belegen müsste für die Matrix. Außerdem sollte bei größeren Fahrzeugen die Matrix in der Scheibe sein und nicht am Blaulichtbalken, weil man es so besser lesen könnte (siehe Bilder). Zivile Polizeiautos sollten diese außerdem auch in der Scheibe haben. Außerdem wäre es schön das, wenn man STOP Polizei anzeigen lässt so ein Ton (ich glaube der heißt yelp-Ton) kommt, nur bei STOP Polizei, allerdings sollte man diesen an und abschalten können (siehe Bild). Noch dazu sollte man zw. vorne anzeigen und hinten anzeigen oder auf beiden anzeigen wählen können. Right now the problem for an emergency doctor is too little infusion (compared to bandage and blood transfusion).
When getting more XP, you should be able to have more infusion in your inventory. Maybe also being able to store items (like infusion) in your vehicle.
For ADAC, I would recommend to be able to repair also street lights or help at AI car accidents.

🇩🇪 Ich glaube der ADAC ist vor allem zurzeit aus drei Gründen nicht so beliebt.
- Zu lange Wartezeiten zw. Aufträgen bzw. sehr Spieler abhängig. Außerdem nervt es, wenn man zu einem kaputten Auto fährt oder leerem Tank fährt und dieser Spieler dann verlassen hat.
Lösung: Man fügt neue Aufgaben hinzu wie z.B., dass wenn man mit einem Auto ziemlich lange, fährt das ziemlich kaputt ist, dass dieses dann eine Panne hat. Oder man fügt hinzu das auf der Karte zufällig Falschparker spawnen die man dann abschleppen muss, usw. Das mit dem Spieler verlassen könnte man so verbessern, dass sobald man den Auftrag, kaputtes Auto oder leerer Tank anklickt für die Navigation, schon das versucht abschleppen bzw. neu versuchtes tanken (oder so) bekommt und nicht erst wenn man das Auto aufgeladen hat. - Zu wenige Fahrzeug Vielfallt (vor allem bei den Abschleppern).
Lösung: Hinzu fügen neuer Abschlepper, wie den Iveco Daily, MAN TGE, Volvo Abschlepper, Scania Abschlepper (siehe Bilder) und eine neue Art von Abschleppern hinzufügt: LKW-Abschlepper, damit man auch LKWs, Busse und Traktoren abschleppen kann was ja bis jetzt noch nicht geht. - Das die PKWs eigentlich sinnlos sind und man immer mit dem Sprinter fährt bis man den LKW hat, da man mit den PKWs nicht abschleppen kann und wenn man zu einer kaputten Ampel fährt und die Aufgabe kaputtes Auto kommt man immer erst zum ADAC zurückfahren muss und Auto wechseln muss.
Lösung: Entweder hinzufügen eines Abschleppseiles (neues Tool was man mit dem Passat bekommt) oder einen Anhänger für die Autos zum abschleppen.

Wenn man dann einen Führerschein hat aber dann im Spiel dumm fährt wird einem der Führerschein für eine bestimmte Zeit wieder abgenommen. Make Emergency Hamburg more than a cop - criminal game... My suggestions are:
EMS
- EMS should have AI calls
- EMS should be able to actually transport downed players to the hospital in order for them to get revived
- If EMS arrives within a minute or two he should be able to revive the player without having to transport him to the hospital
Firefighters
- More type of fires (add some variety), for example... Vehicle fires, Container ship fires, Bank fires, Building fires that you'll have to go inside (that means houses and more should be accessible for all players from the inside), Huge fires that will need the cooperation of multiple firefighters (emergency events)
- More AI calls like: train crash, car crashes (AI or real players that you'll have to get the player out of the car in order for the ems to get them), etc.
- Make firefighter vehicles actually useful... Access to use of ladders, access to fire hose, access to water refill etc.
Truck drivers
- Make it so truck drivers refill vending machines, jewelry store, containers, store items (If there's no truck driver then the usual cool down applies. There is a cool down for truck drivers as well so they don't team with criminals and spam)
With all these additions I believe the game will take a huge step and will fix some main problems like:
- The game is to the point where it is just a cop - criminal game
- EMS and fire department gets very boring without many and realistic tasks. Most of the servers have no firefighters and few ems that all rush to get a downed player so they can get a few xp
- Things like train, houses, truck drivers that got recently added serve no purpose rather than looks. They can definitely become a part of the game
Making the game more interactive and adding variety should be the first priority in my opinion. With the suggestions I mentioned above firefighters and truck drivers get added to the whole Emergency Hamburg "Ecosystem" (more player interaction)

1.tuning
With the Tuning uptade you can upgrade the hp of the car, add unbreakable/unshootable tires, get more horse power and more maximum speed, and nitro for the car maybe a premium version for robux and one free one for example 15.000€
2.houses/apartments
With the houses and apartments update you can own now a house or a apartment. In that apartment you can store legal and illegal items the only problem will be, that if you have stars the police is allowed to enter your home all the time and take every illegal item you store there. Also you can store there money that you usually only would get if you lost your stars. If you have weapons or other illegal items in your home you can’t lose your wanted level.
3.rain/weather update
In the rain/weather update weather will be added. Sometimes it can rain, which will affect driving like popped tires. You also can get rain tires at the tuning shop from my update idea 1 wich will reduce the sliding of your car while it rains. The second weather can be thunder, where lightnings can spawn randomly from the sky and insta kill a player when he is getting hit by a lightning. Cars will not be affected by the lightning because in real life they also don’t do anything to cars. Also if a lightning strikes into trees or building they start to burn. The last weather would be a mix of them where there is rain and thunder.

I've been seeing a lot of suggestions regarding the arrest system, maybe a good balance could be a timer that after you're arrested for a certain amount of time (say 3-4 minutes) you could rejoin without the penalty of longer jail time, as you've basically just served the extra time while waiting to get there.

Sobald eine Person mit Fahndungslevel in das Auto eines Bürgers oder dem eines Berufsfahrzeuges einsteigt erhält der Fahrer Minus CP (-10 CP) bzw. ein Bußgeld alle 2-3 min, sofern sich die Person immer noch im Auto befindet. Sofern diese Person nicht aussteigen sollte (etwa 5 - 10min), wird die teamende Person aus ihrem Beruf geworfen (eine Möglichkeit einen ungesehenen Kriminellen im Auto zu haben, wäre sein Auto abzuschließen). Busfahrer sollten von dem nicht betroffen sein, da es ihr Job ist Personen zu transportieren.
Alternative:
Kriminelle können in kein anderes Fahrzeug einsteigen (das Auto anderer Leute ist automatisch abgeriegelt, nur für kriminelle Personen)

New Jobs: Postman
A postman would be a good new job. There are many houses where you could install mailboxes and have letters or packages delivered there.
Vehicles that would be suitable for this:

New Shop: Motorcycle
Since there are already quads, it would also be cool to bring motorcycles into the game. There don't have to be many, but a few would be good.

In Hamburg there is the famous television tower in the city center. So why not bring it into play, then it would be the second attraction with the Elbphilharmonie.
Secondly, a main train station would be quite good, as the S-Bahn and the InterCity Express could stop there. And a bus station there that would be close to the main train station would also be quite good.
What could be brought to the city center:
- Houses, high-rise buildings, several bus stops, parking lots, vending machine restaurants and construction sites
Last but not least, there would be an airport near the B4 expressway. It wouldn't do much good, but something new and big would be pretty cool. Maybe you could see planes taking off and landing.

Maybe add like a button that appears when there is no EMS online, this button will revive you and TP you to the hospital. But you wont lose any XP or money that youve stolen. Because its very annoying to wait 5 minutes for a non existing ambulance.
