(For example 30k PD and 10K FD) May provide basic life support to fellow officers who have been downed, we can't revive suspects but I don't like seeing new players trying out PD getting clowned on by campers and such.

I wish that there were some private server updates to make it more convinent for PV moderators. It is not because we cannot do something, but it is moreover for convenience/efficiency.
!hp command - So we can down people/pick them up when necessary for moderation problems and to speed up certain roleplays.
Admin Panel - Basically just copy over the police panel but also add commands to kick/ban somebody, as a faster alternative to doing the command. This can be helpful to see what a player has done, if they are wanted, what job they're working as, etc.
**Car/Weapon/Rob Blocking **- As a PV admin, you should be able to restrict certain vehicles, certain weapons (like a sniper for example), and stop robbing something like the harbor. This can be helpful for realism and moderation

A realistic feature to add would be blue tarp used to cover dead bodies, and if the person is only injured, the paramedics would then need to transport the body to the hospital on a stretcher to either be placed in the morgue, or in the healing room. If a player is placed in the morgue, they will be respawned out the front of the hospital.

-If a person on the job (e.g. police, medical team) does this, they get the same warning, but are instead fired from the job with a longer timeout of 5 minutes/300 seconds.
-If a police officer repeatedly uncuffs a person, they get a warning for the first uncuff (no idea what it says) and fired from the job if repeated more.

Just a minor fix:
The Traffic Lights for Pedestrains are wrong. It may sound funny but the one's you are using are from Berlin/The East of Germany. That is referencing to the Seperation of Germany in the Cold War until 1991. It's just a small Difference but switching then to the Western Lights would help to make the Game more Realistic.

I would like them to remove the fall when someone jumps out of the moving car. It only hinders the police and gives an advantage to those who are fleeing. The police in pursuit jump out of the car when they approach the criminal to puncture the tires, but now they fall. I didn't like it since the criminals don't need to exit.
Another thing is that criminals use innocent people as getaway drivers, so it's not possible to puncture the tires, making it difficult for the police roleplay

Have a distance tracker on the handcuffs to prevent abuse. Example: A cop duo threw me in a car and drove it into the water by the boat and left to do other stuff. I had to wait for them to leave in order to avoid a punishment for leaving. This would hopefully cutdown the amount of cases where people stay arrested and are unable to participate in the game. Alternatively, a timer (5 mins?) could be added to where after a certain period of time criminals can escape their cuffs

I got a couple ideas, first of all new cars ofcourse, and also the braking on the Ferrari should be improved, and we should be able to actually customize our car in ADAC. One piece of advice/opinion for the future, when new police vehicles are introduced some day in one of the new updates ( exclusive vehicles like Porsche ) XP might be a little too high, because 120k is kinda too much already in my opinion, so the new ones somehow should be stabilized as far as XP is concerned, a lot of people get bored when they see how much farming it actually is ( except for p2w players ), makes it monotony, I'm coming to think that even a Bugatti is easier to buy than a slightly better police car, so maybe a way for the police to buy/boost that process in unlocking exclusive police vehicles or similar would be nice and more fun.

Ein Ratschlag/Meinung für die Zukunft, wenn eines Tages neue Polizeifahrzeuge in einem der neuen Updates eingeführt werden (exklusive Fahrzeuge wie Porsche) XP könnte ein wenig zu hoch sein, denn 120k ist meiner Meinung nach schon zu viel, also sollten die neuen irgendwie stabilisiert werden, was die XP angeht, viele Leute langweilen sich, wenn sie sehen, wie viel Farming es eigentlich ist (außer p2w-Spieler), das macht es eintönig, ich komme zu dem Schluss, dass sogar ein Bugatti leichter zu kaufen ist als ein etwas besseres Polizeiauto, also wäre vielleicht eine Möglichkeit für die Polizei, diesen Prozess beim Freischalten von exklusiven Polizeifahrzeugen oder ähnlichem zu kaufen/boosten, nett und würde mehr Spaß machen.
