Meiner Meinung nach ist das Spiel derzeit komplett unbalanced. Seid den letzten Updates haben die Polizisten so viele Buffs erhalten, dass es derzeit schon fast unmöglich ist, kriminell zu sein ohne große Verluste zu erhalten. Einige Punkte:
- Fangen wir mit dem Schlimmsten an. Cuff Rush. Polizisten können derzeit einfach die Handschellen rausholen, auf den Kriminellen zulaufen und warten, bis er keine Ausdauer mehr übrig hat. Falls du dich doch noch versuchst als Krimineller zu verteidigen, bevor du überhaupt schießen kannst (da du dich nicht bewegst), bist du schon festgenommen.
- Taser + Stop Sticks. Falls du doch auf irgendeine Weise den Cuffrushern entkommen bist, warten die Stop Sticks auf dich. Sobald du auf dezent gute Polizisten triffst, hat keiner von ihnen auch nur das Geringste Problem, dein Auto von großen Entfernungen aus zu stopsticken (und es damit zu zerstören). Sobald dein auto kaputt ist, hast du auch keine Chance mehr gegen die Cuffrusher und wenn ein Taser dich auch noch trifft, kannst du nix mehr machen.
- SEK, sehr viel Schutz, kein Ausgleich für die Kriminellen...
Zum Teil wegen diesen Beispielen (und vielen weiteren, aber kb noch mehr aufzuzählen) sind Polizisten derzeit viel zu OP und man kann kaum etwas als Krimineller gegen sie tun. Deshalb schlage ich weitgehende Balance Changes vor.
- Verkürzerung der Range von Handschellen.
- Vergrößerung der Range, in der man keine Stop Sticks vor Autos plazieren kann.
- Möglichkeit, die Zeit, die man getasert ist, zu verkürzen, indem man z.B. einen Knopf/Taste so oft wie möglich drücken muss.
- Leicht gepanzerte Autos für Leute mit dem Crimeboss Gamepass hinzufügen, um den SEK Schutz/die SEK Autos etwas auszugleichen.
- Ein Update für die Kriminellen wäre auch schon.

I would suggest to add a "Shot Gun" only available for criminals. The more near you shoot from, the more damage they get. So it will be will OP that's why u should price it at a minimum of 12k.
Add Silencers for all guns, each gun's silencers would be at different price range. Like for example if we shoot a sniper, it would make a lot of noise, so its silencer would cost more. For Jobs like Police, Firefigher and Ambulance i thought of customizable lightbars and sirens, and maybe custom liveries (if thats possible)

Ich weis, langer Text aber lest ihn euch durch. Meine Idee wäre dass aus dem Discord 20-30 Aktive Member rausgesucht werden und diese dann in Emergency Hamburg die Möglichkeit haben, Spielern Geld abzuziehen oder hinzuzufügen. Der Grund dafür ist das diese Leute dann einfach in den Lobbys wo sie sind gucken ob jemand was macht wie z.B. Teaming mit Polizei und Crime o.ä.. Dafür könnten diese Personen den Leuten dann eine Ingame-Strafe geben die gerecht wäre. Bei Teaming wäre eine gute Geldstrafe, bei jedem 20k abzuziehen. Es sollte natürlich nicht zu viel sein also nicht 100k oder so außer in Ausnahmen. Die Funktion Geld Spielern hinzuzufügen wäre dafür da, dass wenn jemand auf einem öffentlichen Server cooles RP macht, anderen hilft..., beispielsweise 15k bekommen könnte. Diese 20-30 Personen wären nirgends bekannt bzw. hinterlegt. Mit dieser "Methode" würde es einfach viel weniger Teamer geben und teilweise auch auf öffentlichen Servern zumindest bisschen RP, weil das halt einfach meistens nicht der Fall ist obwohl Emergency Hamburg ja ein RP Game sein soll.

Also, what would be cool is a taxi system and better controls for the car. And I don't know if you're the one responsible for it, but being able to chat on PS4/5 would be nice as you're able to anywhere else. Maybe just add another couple of jobs and make the map bigger so there's enough space for everything if you consider my suggestion.
But being able to own an apartment and decorate it however you want would be a very cool feature and would probably even attract more members than you already have. Oh, and one last thing, maybe add a job where you're able to ride the train; that would be fun. And now the very last thing, maybe turn off the cool-off or set it down a bit lower for money transactions.

Add a new Police Station with a garage where u can have offices,meetings etc.
Have a cooldown on robberys for example it doesnt make sense when there is a bank robbery and adding to that a robbery at the jeweler. This only leads to all the police officers being seperated and multiple shootings happening.
Make it so when there is no emt online that a npc spawns which is able to drive to the person which is dead so he can revive him as it´s annoying when ur dead that u have to wait 5 mins for no emt showing up.
It would also be cool if there were vehicles for the police which are able to ram other vehicles in case of a blockage.
Add a Cad system for police, example there is no realism when there is a person driving recklessly on the road and they dont get a ticket or a type of punishment for it.

Seeing how we have taxis on the bus driver job, we should make a taxi driver a separate team on the job for the 2600 XP, because it looks strange when a taxi is stopping at bus stops. This would have the taxi driver picking up both NPCs and players (if they make a call).
Maybe rename the bus driver job to public transport, because it doesn't only have buses, but also has taxis.

Context: Everytime I play I see 1-2 corrupt cops who help their friend rob the bank or jeweler and they help them by arresting them once police comes and they drive them around etc and no one would suspect sth like that ofc.

A new tow truck for ADAC, i have made an extremly unrealistic example but the reason for it is to have an already attached trailer for the new tow truck, this will allow to tow 2 vehicles at once, and cause of the trailer, the flatbed will have to be placed on the side to tow the vehicle.
The reason is cause recently i saw more people winning their driver's license (including me) and are driving too fast, ending up crashing somewhere.
XP required for the new Tow Truck can be 6000 XP
PS: i have not done the cabin as it can be chosen by the devs if they are interested for the concept, but it's recommended to put an truck cabin like MAN or Mercedes trucks as they have more Horsepower.
The cons: Below the flatbed will be some details which will ruin the Compatibility. Making more lags or etc, will be hard to drive (if not experienced with that one truck from the Truck job), And when the Flatbed on the side it might take the entire road. Which can block roads (for example the bridge.)

In diesem Job kann man Straßen instand halten (Schlaglöcher ausbessern), kaputte Straßenschilder und Leitpfosten austauschen (bekommt man nicht als Einsatz, sondern man muss Patrouille fahren), Straßen/Plätze kehren, Rasen (Grünstreifen) mähen am Straßenrand und kaputte Laternen reparieren. Um diese Aufgaben zu erfüllen bekommt man ein am Anfang einen Sprinter und einen Passat (siehe Bild), und dann für Xp nach und nach noch weiter Fahrzeuge, wie ein Multicar, T6, Unimog und vielleicht eine Kehrmaschine. Für das Unimog und Multicar sollte es noch eine Extra-Garage geben in der man seine Anbaugeräte wählen kann, z.B. Pritsche, Kehrmaschine, Mähaufbau, …. Außerdem sollte es Warntafeln als Anhänger und bei dem T6 auf dem Dach geben. Am Anfange müsste man halt z.B. noch mit einem Handbesen kehren und später mit Maschinen. Der Straßenwärter sollte außerdem noch Warnbarken und Achtung Baustellen Schilder bekommen die man platzieren kann. Allerdings sollten diesen Job nur 2-3 Leute gleichzeitig machen können da es sonst zu viel wären und das Spielerlebnis verloren ginge. Noch dazu sollten, wenn diese suggestion umgesetzt wird, die Server um 2-3 Leute größer werden damit, wie gesagt, das Spielerlebnis dableibt.

Improve Police, the Police team is so bad, compared to criminals, you can't eject anyone out of the car, you can't shoot tires out, it's unfair. Criminals have a large advantage of Police and one of the main reasons I don't play on the police team at all. If you have little xp, its very hard to get more xp because you can barely arrest anyone. My suggestions is to add a way to drag criminals out of a car, make tasers actually effective and make weapons more available to low level cops, shouldnt have to spend robux just to get a better gun
