New robbery idea: car thefts
This could be a great new robbery and will require an item, much like how the bank robbery needs a bomb. This device (pictured on the right) is called a relay amplifier which recreates the digital code of the key and sends it to the car, unlocking it. The relay amplifier could be sold by the dealer or the smuggler for a high price ( was thinking €6500 ) and can have a cool down of 2/3 minutes. To make the robberies worth it, vehicles could range in sale prices depending on the type of vehicle stolen. An avantismo S5 could sell for 1500, and something like a stuttgart or a GMA could sell for 5000, higher level vehicles take longer to break into using the amplifier and has a longer cooldown. The vehicle should be sold at the smuggler as this is what usually happens to vehicles stolen (in my home country, I’m not sure how it works in Germany).
Notification of the robberies should work as follows: A vehicle theft has been reported; car model and color/ plate.
I think adding this robbery will diversify what you can do in game and also make police want to patrol the upper parts of the map. This robbery could also be to the benefit of the ADAC as it could become a callout if the criminal gets stopped and caught with the vehicle.

Einen Justizbeamten Job. Die Kriminellen kommen in eine Zelle die in der Polizeistation ist. Die Justizbeamten holen den Kriminellen mit einem Gefangenentransporter ab, und bringen ihn in eine Zelle in der JVA, dort kann man den Kriminellen aus essen kochen und aus teilen. Ich würde sagen, dass es zwei Stufen gibt, die man freischalten muss. In der ersten Stufe, die kostenlos ist, macht man den Krims essen, wäscht die Wäsche und putzt die Zellen (vielleicht auch NPC kriminelle) . Die zweite Stufe, ist ab einer bestimmten höhe an XP, dort holt man die Kriminellen bei der Polizei ab, und bringt sie in die JVA. Die erste Stufe kriegt einen VW T6, mit dem holt man bei einem Supermarkt Lebensmittel und fährt sie zum Gefängnis. Die zweite Stufe kriegt einen MB Sprinter, einen Gefangenelkw von MAN. Und einen einen Gefangenenbus, dieser sieht aus wie ein Reisebus, er hat aber keine Fenster sondern nur Schlitze.

Es gibt auch gewisse Nachteile

I don't know if this was already planned to be added to the game but i suggest to add a main station in the city with 4+ tracks where all trains stop. Also, an high speed train like the ice 1 or 3, should be added and should stop only at the main station and the one on the other side of the map and skip the others. The train should reach 200 kmh and only in the current straight track. The train should stop for at least 30 sec.

Another suggestion is to add an investment system where users can invest like 10k and after maybe 4 irl days he gets double that. Then he can invest the 20k and after more than a week gets 40k.

Connected to the first suggestion, and with inspiration from @willow gale , there should be a train schedule on the BR mobile app.
The stations should have signs with the station's name written on so that people can understand which train will arrive.

Like they just get their friends to team with them and they do that by griefing other cops are when the criminals get caught their friends arrest them and release them somewhere else after. It ruins the fun and its very unfair. And I dont know why there isnt even a rule against it. People are starting to exploit it alot already had 2 teams in my game today. Its just unfair. I can just get 3 friends to grief other cops and cover me so I can get rich. How is that fair.

What is Uber?

The CP System would be activated. Also you car needs to fit in at least 4 passengers so ur car is qualified for a Uber Car. Also u can take just one person each time.

Einsätze zuordnen oder auch vorschlagen wo in der map die lage gefährlicher ist und wo man eher aufpassen sollte. Die Punkte in der map des computers bewegen sich halt immer, genause wie sich die einheiten bewegen.
