Cops should earn some xp for shooting a player or at least be able to arrest a downed players. A lot of the time now you just see teams with guns shooting all the police and eventually when you manage to kill them all there is either no medic on the server or the timer runs out before the medic can arrive. Also you get people camping on roofs and there is no way for the medic to get up to them or sometimes even the officers. so there needs to be some sort of reward because or way to get the reward because otherwise you put in all this effort to stop the criminals and get nothing out of it, then they just come back and do it again. it needs some sort of reworking.

People say that you shouldn't get rewards for shooting people because "its not America" however guns are so easy for any criminal to get (like America) and in any country in the world, if you have a gun and shoot at police they can shoot back and kill you.

Also when you get shot by the police irl you will still be able to get arrested before a medic arrives.

Also why can't police do first aid or criminals they shot?

-Added the mobile speed camera. Allows traffic wardens with 1500xp to place a temporary speed camera which lasts 3 minutes and fines people automatically.
-Added the new ANPR system to every police car and every security camera.

-Added EMPs

Police can now see speeding players on the map with a flashing red dot and their exact location. Speeding players are marked as speeders. This effect stops after 30 seconds of not speeding. Police can arrest/kill the speeder.

Police can fine speeders through security cameras.

Traffic wardens with 2000xp can place a barely visible electronic tape which is one time use. Normal speed people going through it will use it up and not harm them. Speeders going through it will be fined at double rate and EMP effected. Must go back to the station to use again. (Would be good on the autobahn or just outside of bank/jewel to catch them speeding as they drive away from cops)

SEK gamepass holders get access to road blocks which will act as a full wall for 5 seconds. The map will now use AI to calculate probably routes that the speeder will go and the best place to deploy the roadblock at a given time. The AI will take into consideration your speed and their speed, and how close both are to the potential trap placement.

Police can fine speeding vehicles from their car with a simple click rather than getting out and using the gun.

Police can use EMPs to immobilise a speeding car. It locks the doors so they can't get out the car making the arrest possible.

Police gain baseline 50 xp from successful speeding offence caught. This increases proportionally with how fast they are.
Speeding fines are now proportional to bank balance.

Add more loot for private servers, having 3 gold bars and 3 display cases at the jewelry is pretty bad if you want to grow a private community.

Also, add a free glock or mp5 to the crime boss pass, reasons are:

• Knucklebusters ain't working if the police is able to gun you down from a distance since it is registered as a weapon.

• Police players camp banks and jewelry, making it impossible for unarmed criminals to rob and make money.

• If you decide to play as a criminal in a full lobby, you will spend more with weapons than you'll be earning with robberies.

• SEK has access to M4 and now G36s for free with unlimited refills, normal police classes now have access to the MP5 and G36s, which makes it pretty unballanced, think about the person who got the Crime Boss pack to make more money and have better chances against abusive police players? Most police players just roam around since there are little to no crime being committed, thus, it'll make it harder for the police and medical classes to progress and gain XP.

Not everybody can afford a private server to loot alone, and it's not even worth it since the loot is pretty limited at the moment.

If adding free firearms is not an option, make it like you can register a firearm for 30k maybe? So you won't lose it and will just be able to refill your ammo.

Das man auch wenn man nicht Rettungsdienst oder Notarzt ist als Polizei einen Feuerlöscher im auto hat (um falls jemand hilfe braucht ein Feuer löschen zu können um dann zu helfen), aber dieser danach bei der Feuerwehr (für so 100Euro) aufgefüllt werden muss. Und jeder mit egal welchem Job erste hilfe leisten kann, wodurch der Spieler keine/nur sehr langsam Zeit verliert aber auch keine Hinzubekommt.
