I suggest that you add road spikes to the game so we can actually stop vehicles of wanted criminals instead of having to countlessly chase them, these can be laid out on the road like police tape and any vehicle that goes through will have their tires fully blown out. Stretcher tool is used to transport post-zeroed patients.
Once brought, criminals can be arrested afterwards, others are just released immediately after hospital.
This spices up EMT/EMD gameplay and makes our vehicles more useful for transporting patients.

Approach a PZ patient and interact to lie them on it.

Suggestion for traffic police: At 1500XP we unlock a Spike strip that can be deployed across the length of a two-way road. The spike strip is only deployed as long as it's in our hand, so when we switch to a different tool it'll disappear and it should have a 2 minute cooldown. The spike strip should also only affect people with a wanted level. I know this would be fairly difficult to make but it'd be pretty cool to see in game.

Update police tools. The police stop sign is useless. No one follows it and only new officers use it. So remove it i think. Add a clipboard and make it able to detain and fine people. If police pull you over and you don't pull over then it should give wanted stars because it ruins rp. Also buff stop sticks. Maybe add more to the police station and a police helicopter for chases because its easy to lose the criminal if they have a faster car e.g. a lambo.

-Also a bit crazy but making soldier team it wants total (adac, police, doctor, fireman) 40k xp (You need 40k total xp to join but you will earn different type xp here) and in this team you can get sniper, carabiner, m16, %30 less damage body armor, +20 hp, %10 less damage helmet, armored humvees, armored personal carriers and tanks for high xp like 10k, 15k and tank for. It will earn same xp count with police officers. Also team will have a limit like 3 people in a server. Also you can make direct access to it with robux too.
-I suggest to add bus driver team, it will take 30 xp every 10 minute, driver can drive it how he want, he must stop at some places that gives xp (like truck drivers). Also passengers can give more money or xp if they want with a button in bus.
-Adding truck carrier and multiple car carrier to ADAC team, also you must add faster car carrier it will be like jeeps
-Adding medikits, body armors, small extra ammo box, also car plate reader (can update the radar gun for that) to cops that needs xp.
***But I really suggest adding the OP weapons to police officers too. Everyone must be equal, no p2w that much.

Don't allow People with wanted levels to get in Ambulances / Emergency doctors vehicles. I have had several times where a Paramedic pulls up, Parks next to the person then the person is revived and the paramedic helps them escape.
