hello i did update the new version of D2 Launcher that says 2.3.0 is out update and im experiencing this

ill guess ill wait for a new update if the reply is that its our pc that are wrong

I've just run into this same problem. I updated to 2.3.2, used the Fast Load option and let it finish the extraction. After that, I played for a while and noticed it was crazy slow so I went to revert per the suggestion of redownloading the mod and have been met with this same grey screen with unresponsive buttons after it finished installing the mod.

I have rebooted a couple of times and I have tried the typical launcher troubleshooting like running as admin (although that's never been an issue), and clearing user data in appdata.
