#Error accessing Vault

I just got Scroll of Triumph after finishing the trials lvl 50.
System.Resources.MissingManifestResourceException: Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "BKSystem.IO.BitStream.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "D2Data" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

me too how to fix
This happened to me too. I used D2R Launch to open the save files, then moved them to my desktop as a backup and deleted the originals from the save folder. After that, I was able to access the vault again. I quickly moved items out of the vault and onto new characters. Once I was done, I copied my character saves back into the save folder.
In short: I think the issue is caused by some of the newer items on my characters. Moving the save files out temporarily let me bypass the crash and access the vault again, but it didn’t actually fix the root cause. It was just a workaround. I’ve since stopped trusting the vault and gone back to the old-school way of muling.
how to fix?

I removed Demon Tempers and vault worked again.
I'm getting the original error code issue here, but I'm playing on the vanilla version of D2R w/ Llamugy. Any reason why it'd not recognize an item in my shared tabs?
Checked for anything odd but no personalized items, etc. I do have gems/runes/bases/charms and other uniques in a lot of places but all vanilla.
Resolved it: Deleted RCM user settings files for vault config.
Any solution for this?
