Hello there!

I'm currently using the Novu platform locally with docker, and I've encountered an issue where a subscriber (6673f7f89a3f1cde35ec20c6) was created without any action on my part. I didn't initiate any process to create this subscriber, yet they appeared in the system.

I am aware that Novu supports creating new subscribers "Just-in-time," if the subscriberId doesn't already exist. However, I did not trigger any notifications or perform any actions that would have caused this.

Could you please help me understand what might cause a subscriber to be created automatically?
It happened a few times in the past, and it seemed totally random.
