Hey, first of all thanks a lot for your amazing effort!
Testing out using your service for my company, got the in-app and slack notifications working pretty smoothly, and the only one left is integration with postmark.
followed the instructions on this page: https://docs.novu.co/channels/email/postmark
entered the api key, and using an authorised email (same one we currently use for sending email from postmark.)
when triggering the notification, I see all three steps firing, and also see an entry for each on the activity page (attached a screenshot) - but emails are not being sent.
not sure how to further debug it since I don't see any errors not in your app and not in postmark

Did you check spam folder?
yes, its not there 😢
@brisk furnace make sure your NODE_ENV is not test
One more thing I want to ask
Are you using localhost or web.novu.co
Do you mind sending me an example "transactionId" over a DM? So i can check internally on our end aswell.
Also are you able to see this message inside Postmark dashboard or activity feed? Just to make sure it's not bounced and etc..

@wintry kindle no, still doesn't work for me. since we are still in the POC stage, we switched to using SES and it works perfectly. but going forward thats a must for us
If I am not wrong you switched to SES email provider in Novu
yes exactly, as an email provider, because postmark was not working
