Can you take a screenshot of the stones you claimed? Did it give you the choice of 3 and that's the one you chose?

If you're 100% sure you claimed the correct stones, contact support so they can look into it and see what happened.

I definitely took the right one and no, I couldn't choose and only got this one in exchange
