I've collected my first 100 "arms" to start my research, alas, there are 0 when I go to start research. I checked my mailbox and yes, I have collected them, but I cannot research. Please fix. Thank you.

Using web version (and have restarted) - alas... no "arms"

Seems you need to log off (even the web version) and log back on - not just "restart" to get it to register. It is there now.
