I noticed a blue triangle marking one of the boosters for each hero. I was told that means it's show based, ie Lana = Archer, Devil = Futurama, etc. But I'm unsure if the hero boosts everything showed for its show only or if the item with the triangle is for that show but the others will boost any shows cards. I hope I'm making sense.

Each skill is different, you can click on it to see what it does. Blue triangle means the skill only affects a show, gold star means that skill only affects a trait.

But does the blue triangle affect all the skills or just the one that is marked? Using the picture shown as an example, I see that cheer all would only affect Futurama cards, what about the punch and CrippleAll? Would they affect all cards or only Futurama cards?

Each skill is independent of the others. You can click on it to see what it does.
"Increases the attack of all other friendly Futurama cards by 7 for a turn"
"A random enemy card takes 7 damage"
Also, no skill that affects enemy cards has any restrictions. You will never see punch ever effect only Drunk or Futurama cards. Restrictions can only appear on skills that buff your own cards.
