#when was the last time Kong did a QOL update to the game?

The siege "next battle" function comes to mind, somewhat recent iirc
I'm near to quitting this game which is the only one I've been playing for years
What do they need for a QOL that includes solving most issues, specially those which makes the game unplayable and, thus, not being a game (anymore)? Because adding features with an unplayable game is not having a game in the end
They need to stop everything and start doing some flow diagrams and pretty sure designed everything again as it seems that the game hadn't had any real documentation behind it and developers can't track anything
There are many major issues that adding one or two features and giving more rewards is not enough
- Arena crap
- Clash crap
- Melee crap
- Coding a new bugged chat just for the sake of adding their own woke word list to game because the old wouldn't allow them crap
- Changing a Proyect Management for one that makes the same awful decisions as the one who left crap
- Add your own
That took way too long for it to be implemented
A lot of times the game feels like a chore, I'd quit but I've been playing since September or November of 2017 and have guild members that rely on me. Luckily I've never spent anything.
I would gladly spend but I'm charged 75% by the government, so if there is no localised offers (which would be good as part of a QOL) it becomes unreliable costly + masochistic at this moment where the game doesn't offer you to play it
I'm not sure if this game is a game or just a rogue entity
I would love to see the game fixed. Would you recommend this game at this state? It makes nonsense to me
But if fixed I would proudly say I'm a player of it and recommend to others
