Game resetting after Mega Quest purchase and zeroing my arena

I made it to 2000 in arena just after reset. Purchased the Mega Quest pack and now the game has reset my arena to 0 and I no longer have the premium rewards

Also, I no longer have access to the current Mega Quest that I purchased

I didn't screen shot my 2000, but I'm sitting at 1979 now, after fighting back. The only thing I can do is send them my cc receipt for the purchase of the premium rewards

Same here. I was 1500+ in the first 5 minutes of reset, used a ton of resources to get there and now I’m in the 1100s. Unfortunately I don’t have any proof except I have way less arena matches in my toolbox and not much to show for it.

Same here plus my clash went from around 2000 when I played today. Now I will just make tier 4. Weird that both arena and clash changed after I made the purchase
