Someone in my guild said it could be because we are playing so many 0 scores that you dont advance. I played auto until I lost a few, then went to manual

my guildmates have said when they started doing manual was when the issue happened for them because like you they switched after a few auto losses.
Someone in general said it took three tries to gain points on a win so maybe fighting people with zero score makes it so you don't get points?
so my theory ATM is doing manual fights against zero score people leads you to not gaining points.
Can you see people's scores before you fight them?
if so I could test this.

I am on 1136, played against a guy on 1129, and received no points. So this is not because of too big crown difference.

This was explained, they took a "snapshot" of ranks before the reset. I assume that ties into how it's remembering your max rank for clash.

Yeah, the scores are not fully uptodate, but refreshed regularly. I think arpund 15 minutes or so…

I haven't had any issues yet though I lost a surprisingly high amount of crowns for a loss, I have never seen -47 before 😂

Depends if he already had a new ecmc score or not. If he had no new ecmc score then he didn't play yet and still could be at 1100+ crowns. You go to 0 when you log in

Because, for match making reasons, your score isn't reset to 0 until you log in. Gives the early people in arena other people to fight against.
