Offer wall not giving me all my gems

i was doing offers I get +4100 but only have 2400 gems total (just claimed the 4k this morning)

Can you show a pic of then offer showing that you were supposed to be awarded 4k gems for completion? For whatever reason, the in game popup is often incorrect. The gems you received were probably the amount in the offer.
