Whenever I play in the arena, get hero tokens as prizes from competitions I keep getting the same maxed level hero tokens.
my only way of getting random hero tokens its from the event's store, but sometimes I still get the maxex hero token's.
This situation been going on for the last 90 days, and I wanted to know if someone else had this problem? Is there really anything that can be done?

Friend, you have to refresh your opponent, which will likely change the tokens you get.

I'm having the same issue where I get more Roger hero tokens despite having him at max level. I'm not even being rewarded with Golden Turds for playing with Roger for Arena.

You are getting Turds, you can see them in the screenshots. The solution to your issue is in the post above yours.
