My phone crashed during round 3 or better said i got disconnected.
After reloading one of my fights was stolen! 1 fight with 92 points, the rest 100.
892 points and no fight left.
In the megaquest there are only 19 rumble fights counted!!!
This is absolutely annoying!!!

Hi 👋 sorry that your thread seems to have been overlooked. Disconnects resulting in missing battles seems to be an issue that affects folks from time to time in different aspects of the game. I know the team is aware of this and have been told they are working on a solution. Hope this helps.
<@&895002500686544921> <@&1003755880782774322> it happend again! I lost no fight 901 points! This gets annoying! The game disconnected between 2 fights!!! I have 901 points and i lost no fight! And the game shows me all fights are done! I want my fight back!!!
<@&895002500686544921> <@&1003755880782774322> and i want a proper repsonse this time! Not only 6 weeks later!
901 is impossible score for 9 fights. I guess you had some bad matches that you won with a lower score. If you have 5 matches with a score of 80 then you already lost 100points
It is as it seems.
8x100. 1x96. No lost fight!
I would contact support they can check this for you.
Maybe you were losing that 1 match
When the game disonnects between 2 fights? I never made this fight!
And i contacted the support.
They will be able to check the scores of your 9 matches. And if they recieved a score of your last match they will be able to tell it aswell. There happend something for sure because otherwise you cant be above 900
My guildmate @narrow obsidian happened the same
<@&895002500686544921> just as an info: we have 3 or 4 of our members with the same problem. Disconnection means defeat! No resume option!
In the first 3 rounds

You need to contact support. The disconnects causing dropped matches are a known issue that may or may not be getting worked on.
At least i have contacted the support. Like i did in the last rumble. And it will be more "may not" meanwhile
If I get any info, I'll pass it on, but until then, I'm just as in the dark as you are.
Best I can offer is this: Avoid the first 30 minutes or so of the round if possible. This seems to have the highest frequency of people playing with the highest load on the servers, and thus the most disconnects.
Also, leave nothing to chance, be sure your device is securely connected. I try to avoid playing while at work because my connection is far flakier than if I'm at home. Also, playing on my PC is far more reliable than wifi. I may get random lag spikes in browser, but disconnects are incredibly rare.
