I pulled one from an epic stone pull yesterday that never appeared in my inventory, I'm sure because it would have made it a quad... When I went to fuse it, only the lvl 6 was still in my inventory

I did send this the day that you posted this on the 18th and I still haven't heard back yet. I know they're busy and I'm not complaining, Plus I have patience but the same exact thing just happened to me with father Archer now, and I replied to the automatic ticket from the 18th. That should be fine right?? For them to get the second notice of the instance, I don't need to open a new email ticket to them, do I??
yes they are very slow, i understand they read and maybe reply on tuesday, wednesday and thursday, i have had 3 problems in the past and these were the days they responded
Like I said that's not my worry I'm a patient person, but I literally just had another incident with Father Archer that I wanted to add to my support ticket
And I was just asking if I needed a new ticket or if it was fine that I added it to the ticket that they already had because they haven't replied to it yet , that's fine right?
