All decks missing.

I have this issue as well. When having this issue, I also cant access the research islands pod slots. I can see them but touching them does nothing.

If I log out and log back in, sometimes it goes away. The tell is if there is a exclamation point over the deck island. If there is, the bug is active. If there isnt, its game play as normal.

Im on android, but it also does this on desktop

People on PC are posting errors from Dev Tools, so with the specific error language, that may help

One is that an object call is not tied to an object array, and all the hex coding is included, so hopefully, they can find it.

This happened to me today and I have to log out and in of the game like 3-6 times before it goes away and let’s me into the arena

Doesn't work for everyone, but on my Android, closing all windows, clearing caches, and reloading has worked every time.

Well... they are trying hard.
All I can say is keep trying.

Maybe do a complete Uninstaller, reinstall, so you have a full release install, instead of an update patch.

Also, check through the remainder of these posts, as there are a couple of noticed weak areas...
Like, facing Archer as an Arena opponent can cause things to break.
Things you can avoid doing, temporarily.

10 minutes ago everything was still in good order in the game, I played arena. Wanted to start a new match and I end up on the loading screen. Game ended, logged back into the game and it didn't resume. I canceled it and then there were very strange ads in the game. As I said, everything worked before. I play on android.

I have not been able to access my decks since the update.

I was able to get around this on Windows by uninstalling/reinstalling but that has now stopped working too. Back to no decks...

Everything except iphone or ipad is easy. You just need to kill the app and clear cache, then reload. Several times until it works. On browser just keep refreshing the page until it works.

On ipad and iphone it's a pain of uninstall->install.

So I have been able to go in here with out a problem but have been able to consistently recreate this issue as well not sure on the spot not on purpose of course after it happened I did it again to verify and it did happen.. This will happen to me after an AD comes up or and AD crate has been opened or rewarded

Seems like it's getting worse. Usually I can just reload the game once to fix it but this time I cleared cache, restarted the phone twice and reloaded the game 5 times before the decks came back

After i had fun yesterday and this morning after the bugs from the few last days, it happens again unfortunately. I just started the game and after loading this is what it shows. Good luck team, respect for your efforts to solve this. 👍🏽😬

Okay, so this is new to me.
I have an exclamation mark by Deck and some sort of mirror in the middle. When I click on Deck, I see that spooky island. When I approach my Deck via the Challenges I see an empty deck, again the numbers 88 and an exclamation mark at the Mythics. It's almost Halloween, I know. It's getting spookier.

Try going to quest and going through the upgrade challenge to get to deck.. or deck through the research section

I was told this was fixed but it just happened to me again. Killed app after reset like the game makes you do to see new store content, restarted, and there's the red mark of shame on the deck island. Android.

It happened again. Gameplay went very nice. While building an Archer deck and about to save it there was a disconnection. Just logged in again and it was this what i saw when i hit 'Deck'. Deck had an exclamation mark, thats why i hit it. And then this empty island appeared.

Close, clear cache, and re-open. Continue doing that until you DON'T see the Red Exclamation point on the deck screen.

Unless you have a Mythic ready to craft, there should BE no Exclamation point.

So, if there is, it means your game hasn't loaded properly.

So... close it, clear your cache, and reopen it.

If you see the Red ! On Deck, close it again, abd reload it again.

When you see the Red Exclamation Point, unless you have a Mythic waiting, it's a clear sign that the game did not load properly.

...so... don't TRY doing anything. Don't open the deck screen... you already KNOW it's broken.

It's like coming out to your car, seeing that a tire has gone flat, but trying to drive it anyway.

The tire isn't SUPPOSED to be flat... but it IS... so you need to deal with it before you try to drive the car.
And if you DO try to drive it, you can break it worse.

A tire going flat can be changed and repaired. Driving on a flat will destroy the tire, and maybe the rim as well.
