boss spawning issues - Leviathan and Anahita

i am going through an infernum run, where i have recently beat plantera + golem, however I want to fight Leviathan and Anahita and the singer '???' will not spawn. we even made sure we made a pair of Sirenproof Earmuffs and it still wont spawn even after they were disabled. What should I do?

And follow the guidelines.

Also, Leviathan Detector already exists why bother trying to find ???

the Leviathan Detector was not in the boss log, i thought it had to spawn naturally

That's why it's not there
