Cal alone requires at minimum 3-4 GB RAM for a server if I recall

Try closing discord purely for testing whether or not you can handle the server

And also try not to use any other mods besides Infernum and its dependencies, because if that happens to work out then there is no reason not to do that

If even that isn't enough then there isn't much else you can do without upgrading your computer
