Lost Colosseum not spawning

I have boss checklist off but it still
(logs are down below)wont spawn.
Sandstorm's core just wont do anything when i click/right click
It's not a multiplayer server
I use Windows 10.
I do have a dedicated graphics card
16 GB's.

You can go to your worlds menu then I think you can open the folder from there? Don't remember but it should be something like Documents\My Games\Terraria\tModLoader\Worlds

Oh sorry I forgot to mention you also need to drop the .twld file

But there seems to be no issues on newly generated worlds so I have no clue why you can't get in

Try tabbing out on the portal or open settings on it
Also make sure to have light on color and wave quality on high

It won't work on white lighting, only color
