Unable to complete dalgona/penta mini games (Console bug)

So over the past few months I've always had this problem sometimes persistent and sometimes only every one in awhile when dalgona in 2nd game and when I get my cookie it doesn't let me push the pin down to carve (its the square button on ps if you didn't know) I have tried letting the game load out multiple times,tried switching controllers same issue nothing has changed

No its just the bar cant move for the team to pull the rope back

its surely ur square button having technical problem since ive been playing on ps5 for 4 whole months and this never happened before
