I think that when it comes down to voting, after a few rounds they should be given a choice called riot mode, being a triangle instead of the initial o and x. If they press triangle they get guns in their inventory and are allowed to shoots guards. Whoever wins gets money, so guard/player etc. Just a suggestion, just thought it would be fun to incorporate it into the game to maybe follow along the storyline of the show.
