Like the glass maker, there could be different roles for different people.

First off, make the roles for different players anonymous, so other players cant protect or glaze the other people.

Now for the different roles.

Athlete: Runs faster and has better strength during tug of war.

Surgeon: Can perform organ extractions on deceased players for information on the next game + cash. (Can die if the frontman finds out)

Psychopath: (based off thanos) Has the ability to push players, and can also eat "candy" to regen health.
