Your tanks are:
Either tsubaki or yuuka. You will need to use both of them on either team as you need two teams in later stages.
As for the dps strikers its best if you can have at least 2 aoe and 1 single target unit
Against light armored enemies your dps strikers can be:
Suzumi, kayoko, asuna
You really lack explosive dps atm. So I suggest spending more pyros on rolling when you get them from content clearing.
Your piercing roster is pretty much decently large:
I suggest having these 3 units as your dps strikers:
Midori, junko, and suzumi
Then for specialists, I suggest using hare for explosives
While yoshimi for piercing enemies
Healers:
Use serina and ayane for either teams. Serina being the best specialist healer you can have even in late game.

Spend your pyros for a bit maybe try to earn 3600 pyros then roll 30 times in the future just to unlock better explosives and mystic units.

Then from there upgrade the gears then if you lack materials just go the the stage they are farmable on
Sweep the stages for a bit, then with it your lvl should rise fairly easily
After that just try to level up the students you will be using to your account level.
