Hi all I'm trying to link my BA google account to my SEA Nexon account but this error keeps appearing.
I've double checked the email many times but it just keeps stating that my google account is "already in use in another Nexon account" when it actually isn't because when I try to log in with it, it keeps prompting me to create a new account.
Also, I've reached out to BA customer support but their response wasn't very helpful.

Hi. I'm having a problem since 3 months ago. When I try to log into the game with my account, it tells me I have to create a new account, but I already have an account bound with my facebook. There is a clear cache button at main menu before you "press any to enter"

Go clear it, then let it redownload the data

When finish, the main menu will change to login option via 5 different method

One of it is facebook

The problem that i catch here is that you reinstall the game then now you come back to it

If the above method not works then just quickly make that new account the progress the story a bit, when you have control over main menu, press settings then go to delete account

It will bring you back to main screen and it should be available for clear cache button

Other method you can do is force clearing it via your app management

Pretty much the data downloaded is corrupt due to conflict with some antivirus, other downloaded data, cache, firewall or even full storage that the files is only downloaded so-so

there's also game booster plus plug-in where there's custom mode you'll see graphics quality (its actually render resolution by x1(100%) it look something like this
