Right now i'm currently doing a full re-install of the game, but can someone tell me what to do if the game still crashes on start-up? do this only for last resort, this is what i do on my phones when updating to fully eliminate bugs appearing after update.

redownload latest full rom download update (its around 3gb to 6gb) and install > factory reset

then disable auto update/download for google play and firmware/rom/phone update.

and only manually update the phone in the future if it has major version upgrade or major bug fixes.

In your Facebook account, change your principal adress mail to another one

then in the Nexon website, connect with Facebook, it will sent you to the account creation page. In th ID put your new principal adress mail (in my case, it was already there and I can't change it). Then submit to create your account. It work for me, finally, holy... I didn't think I could do it...

Sadly we can't contact them directly. What issue do you have? If it's about connecting the website via Facebook I can help you but if it's with google we haven't found a solution yet. For Facebook you have to change your primary email on your account, then with this email you will be able to register on the Nexon website with Facebook normally.

yeah sorry I don't know at this point. The last thing you can do even if you have already done it when the site will work again, is to recreate another email address, you put it as primary email on your facebook account and create your nexon account by using facebook with your new primary address.

alright so i think a big part of the problem is that nexon despises punctuation in an email the actual log-in screen, but doesn't care about it at all in the behind-the-account stuff

I used the Apple Hide My Email option to create an account, I can see it in settings>Apple ID>password & security>apps using Apple ID
When I select the app it shows the email address it created.
I logged out of the account in the app and when I went to log back in using apple log in, it asks if I want to log in using my regular Apple ID. The only button is a continue button. There’s no option to change the Apple ID to the Hide My Email one it created.
I tired using my regular Apple ID and the app asked me to create a new account so it’s not indirectly linked in any way. I updated to the latest iOS, restarted the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app…
How do I get the app to use the dummy Apple ID to log in again? I have been out of my account for 2 days now 😭

That’s correct I see no way to change which Apple ID I log in with. Sometimes I’ve seen where under the continue button it says log in with another Apple ID but not with blue archive. So now every time I try to log in it’s fixed to my regular Apple ID which is not what my account is bound to. So it tells me to create an new account every time.

My account is bound to an Apple ID but using their ‘Hide My Email’ feature where they supply a dummy email that forewords to my main Apple ID address for the log in. So when I use my normal Apple ID it doesn’t recognize my account and asks me to create a new one.
I have contacted nexon and have gone back and forth but they stated they don’t transfer or unbind accounts so once it’s bound that’s it.

• Repair/Optimize Apps in recovery mode
• wipe cache partition in recovery mode
• delete cache and game data through settings app
• manually allow all 3 permissions (filesystem, camera(??), phone(??)) as the game never asked for them at startup
• exclude app from battery optimization again
