It is possible, because I have done it once, but only once, and never able to replicate again even after several hours
Probably need to drop the box at a pixel perfect position that I was lucky to find once

The achievement for attempting an extreme boss is a PERMANENT LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT. It does NOT refresh, and it is NOT worth sacrificing 100 coins to get 100 gems. You will get these 100 gems eventually over your playtime.

100 Gems gives you:
Not even 1 pull.
3 extra sushi tickets (kek)
360AP refreshes at 30/refresh.
-Which gives you 12 blueprints on average
-Or 7 elephs on average

100 Coins gives you:
10 White BDs
5 Blue BDs
2 Gold BDs
1 Purple BD
33 White Books
20 Blue Books
10 Gold Books
4 Purple Books

You are sacrificing all those skill materials and progression because you couldn't wait a little bit to feed your Gacha addiction chasing 100 achievement gems that do not refresh. Please don't do it.
