Both max ex skill and max subskill
Maki's dmg there is already calculated with 2x from weak dmg and 0.8 multiplier due to bad mood indoors
If maki can manage to hit her basic skill to mark chesed during opening then she can outdmg azusa. But that case happens very very rarely.

Green would be hard to pull. The tsubaki taunt strategy only works for the black kaiten since its a pistol user which has low attack range so the enemy had to chase after tsubaki with much more distance making it clumped easily.
You can use the juri strat to clump 4 or more rangers tho.
