Bosses share a server wide hp pool and every time you enter the raid its its own instance so if you clear the raid you will deal the amount of damage the boss has in your selected difficulty to the server wide hp pool

Since when Binah shifts location you can use Kotama's EX just as all the students are getting funnelled into the next area as they path, and then use Akane the moment Binah is targetable with it

And hanae for emergency heals

With those 4 units of yours shirokuro should get groggy easily, you can get hit once or twice.
