so the active people or fast peoplr all get put together
and these people are usually the tryhards
now you get brackets filled to the brim with tryhards making it hard to rank consistently
and there are cases of newbies getting caught up

it was fine in urban because the condition was to clear 6-1, not to login

the expected algorithm was what jp currently has, multiple brackets and you end up somewhere random

so its less dense in tryhards

See how they behave when you place your own tank and damage dealer in specific slots 1 - 4. Your slot 4 is positioned in the top left.
