It's just that people pulled Karin and S.Mash and these two are a good combo for outdoor.
We have a slight influx of korean/JP players because they know how laidback EU is and they have created alts to enjoy "vacation" and stressfree plats

and she can heal

Nonomi will be the same as midori but hits everyone twice on skill range unlike midori can hit everyone but rng on how many hitd and nonomi does not heal team

Coinflip is more like if you cannot deal damage to their striker at all like no shun, etc

coinflip is you either have SHina EX in the first 2 skill slots or you dont. Having her in third skill slot while enemy Shun activates her EX in the first slot is GG.
Tsubaki EX can for-rotate or back-rotate the EX sequence. I consider using Iori in defense while SHina stays in offensive.
Right now i can barely get Top10 every day, more likely staying at Top50. It can't go on like this, I need to adjust to subtle meta shifts.

BA is mostly a sweep game with the only time-investment being raiding. pvp only takes about 5mins per day. Your 30mins should be enough

in comparison to azur lane and genshin impact (gacha games i play besides BA), blue archive is a truly chill game

The problem is going from W10 to W13 and pushing from HM6 to HM13.

right now the event is ongoing where all your resources should be spent. That'll give you a break on thinking what you want to do afterwards.You can make plans (maybe on a weekend) to split your goals into milestones. Like one world a day. #🗣️ba-general can give you some pointers. For PVP it's mostly a non-issue. I am PVP specialist so my opinions differ to a PVE player, especially on advancing in non-pvp content.

If 30mins a day is even hard to plan on weekends as well as weekdays, then maybe switching to another game with less time involvement should be preferable in your case
