I mean to reply to this earlier, but you hopefully should not have too much aftercare, or too much blood following your procedure!
When I got mine removed (all 4 at the SAME TIME), I had some slight soreness and blood only for a few hours. The gauze and medicine helped a lot.
Make sure to ask your dentist for antibiotics if you can to help keep the area clean and safe!

Make sure you have lots of soft foods in your home available to eat. I think I hate so much applesauce and yogurt after, but I could chew food normally the next day
