i was making creamy garlic dip today for some jalapeƱo poppers (butter, mayo, sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper, and parsley)

however, i used miracle whip. turns out miracle whip is not mayonnaise. miracle whip also contains vinegar. you know what happens when you put an acid like vinegar in a milk product?

it curdles. very badly. i could not save it.

i wasted a lot of ingredients tonight. and my mouth feels kinda off now. also the poppers sucked.
