lol back in HS, I used to do a engineering class of some sort and used to leech on my teacher's 3d printer since a lot of people used it often

Well. Ill just give a very brief summary of the deadlift thing. You can do "warm-ups" in between but the "official weights" to count will effectively be 0.5 Yuuka intervals. In lbs, it'll be 135 lbs, 225 lbs, 335 lbs, and 445 lbs. I dont care what you do. Straps, mixed grip, conventional, sumo (i will judge slightly for that but ill allow it), and etc. Weights will keep going up until 445 or 200kg roughly is reached. Anyone that manages to hit the official intervals will receive a nice cute sticker but you can lift whatever and see what you can do.

I will be bringing waivers too because there is an inherent risk with just lifting weights and if anything looks sus, I'm going to stop you immediately regardless.

you can use an artist mannikin to help with the body stuff (like the various body kun and body chan mannikins from shfiguarts)

and with hands, you got google and also using your own hands for reference. or if you're insane like me, you go grab a hand model to use c: but you can just use your own hands. way cheaper.

(note, the mannikin showed here is one of the old ones i retired in favour of said shfiguarts mannikins)
