Okay, genuinely, I cannot find a UE60 D!Saori so I've been trying to do F97 in the hopes that UE50 5M77 is enough.
I figured that the weaker base stats, less CDMG, and -10% effectiveness might've been okay if I drop to F97. But apparently I do 25M less damage (dealing 153.2M damage as opposed to a bit over 176.1M), so around 87% efficiency, which is too much (F99 -> F97 is -7M)...
Does a weaker DSaori only work with an invested Nozomi?
