Based on your cafe, I have drew out 3 blueprint and this one is my personal favorite.

Purpose of my BP is to help u draw inspirations on what u can put on that empty spot so not necessarily u need to exactly copy my suggested layout if u dont enough furniture to do so.

Reason for this BP1 to be my personal fav is because I love to leave a 1 tile gap between certain things so that students is being able to walkthrough to make it feels nice instead of student being randomly spawned inside the confined spot
You can observed this on the counter side which I have modified from your counter.

BP 3 is just changed of wall deco. Ive got no idea what wall deco u rlly like so i just throw in what i feel fit

As suggested, partition would help alot in making the room less cluttered/messy.
For me the first one is too compacted with too many themes.
2nd one would be my go to since its less compact and well organized, themes matches each other.

i take inspiration from in game art and the available layouts. it takes more time trying to craft the pieces you want/need. for mini project it can take me few days due to crafting but for bigger and more detailed ones, it can take as much as a month

its all about mixing and matching to get the theme you like tbh

takes even more time if you are making a cafe that will also serve as bond level farm bc of the furnishing you will need to make it blend well into your ideas

buy the d ako furniture (required for set), makoto desk (not in catalog), get the grand piano (required for set), and make 5 superior furniture tickets
there is a "grand desk" (purple rarity) that is required for the set too, but you can substitute the makoto desk for the grand desk, saves you a couple of crafting keys and you can buy it from event shop
to get the shards just buy it from joint firing drill shop, nothing much you can do there
